Once a problem exists we try to solve it by an agreement or by mediation (whenever our client is interested in it) and we do not hesitate to attend to the court case if necessary.

We believe that the saying that “a bad agreement is better than a good lawsuit” is not always true because a satisfactory transaction many times is achieved having forced a process.
